President and Chief Executive Officer
Maria Arminio specializes in strategic and business planning, market assessments, competitive analysis, and the evaluation of payment systems, products, services and technologies. During her 37-year career, she has conducted research and consulted extensively for the financial and retail industries in such areas as credit and POS debit programs, ATM networks, payment switching software applications, prepaid and smart cards, online banking and bill presentment, expedited payments, mobile banking and mobile payments, remote deposit capture, retail operations, fraud and risk management, PCI compliance, electronic benefits transfer and e-commerce solutions. She has also prepared market and product evaluations through the use of advanced techniques including systems analyses and futures research.
Technology and Operations Specialist
Paul Reimer specializes in payments systems design and development, transaction processing technologies, and project management. He has extensive experience in credit and debit card processing systems, and in developing product requirements and implementing electronic payments technology products for credit and debit cards, check authorization, money order, EBT, and ACH systems. This includes a comprehensive background in managing large scale projects through implementation including the performance of a benchmarking against world-class standards on the merchant acquiring operations of major bank in Mexico, execution of a market sizing studies of the fleet fueling industry for a major international card association, and several new card-processing systems selection and implementation programs for major international service providers. Paul is also a certified TG3 debit PIN and Key Management auditor, having conducted numerous audits for POS card acceptance organizations.

Jay Cousins specializes in program & project management, steering business through complex change. Mr. Cousins has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector in IT, managing large development organizations for all business areas culminating in the growth and implementation of the most complex integration and application systems projects. Responsible for the successful acquisition and integration of several national US banks including Comerica and National City Corp, Jay has successfully cultivated a methodology for the M &A Integration Program Office (IPO). This IPO has become a vital element for systems development and merger integration initiatives across commercial banks, insurance companies and private businesses. Adept at dramatically increasing productivity, strategically developing a business plan and modernizing IT sectors into robust, money-saving departments, his highly-focused and consultative approach ensures the alignment with a business' strategic goals and objectives.
